Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay: You have the option to pay by credit card, Apple Pay (on compatible devices), or Google Pay (on compatible devices) when submitting your registration form online. The processing fee collected by the third-party payment company will be added to your payment amount. This fee is non refundable in the event you cancel your registration.

Venmo: Venmo Business accounts charge a small fee for processing your payment. The fee collected by Venmo will be added to your invoice and this amount is non-refundable in the event you cancel your registration. After you submit your registration, you will receive an email with a Venmo payment link. Follow that link, enter the total amount due and the confirmation number from your email, and process your payment.

PayPal: The processing fee collected by PayPal will be added to your invoice and this amount is non-refundable in the event you cancel your registration. After you submit your registration, you will receive an email with a PayPal payment link. Personal Checks, Money Orders, & Cashier’s Checks: Your payment should be addressed to Armed Missouri, Inc. and it should be mailed to our billing address within 7 days of registering for your class.

Cash: If you want to pay with cash you must make arrangements with one of our instructors prior to registering for your course. Please do not send cash through the mail.

Corporate and Organizational Invoicing: If your training is being paid for by a company, church, or other organization and you require an official invoice for your records, please contact us before you register and we will provide instructions. Invoices will be produced via PayPal but the payment method can be any of the above.

We can provide a replacement certificate for AMI Exclusive Courses and select other courses for a fee of $25.00 within the first five years after your class. Contact us if you need to request a replacement.

Beyond the initial five year period, we cannot issue a replacement certificate but we may offer a discounted rate for taking the class over. You can contact us if you need more information.

We no longer offer gift certificates or gift cards. However, we do offer the ability for you to pre-pay for training on behalf of another person. We can even keep it a secret if its a gift. Contact us if you’re interested.

We understand that there are occasions in which it is necessary for you to cancel your attendance in a class. We ask that you make every effort to call or email us as far in advance as possible if there is any reason you won’t be in attendance on the day of your course. We generally prefer to use whatever payment you have given us toward the next available class. However, if a refund is necessary, we employ two different refund and cancellation policies, depending on the course and/or facility. Please see below for these policies.

Regular Courses: We will offer a full refund on any amount paid for a course less the cost of any materials, equipment, PayPal or credit card fees, or any other associated costs for any cancellation on any course we are conducting at our facility. Refunds will be made via the same payment method you used to pay or by check at our discretion. Prior notification of an absence in a registered course is required. We will retain a non-refundable deposit of $50 for no call, no shows.

Special Courses: No refunds will be issued for any cancellation in any special class unless the paid spot can be filled by another paying participant for classes we are hosting with a guest instructor or classes we conduct off-site.

On extremely rare occasions we may be forced to cancel a class due to severely inclement weather or another unforeseen circumstance.  If this happens we will make every effort to contact all registered students as soon as the decision to cancel has been made.  Our normal contact procedure is as follows:

• We will send an email to all students to the email address provided during registration asking for an email response to confirm notification has been received.
• Any student that doesn’t respond by email within 24 hours will be contacted on the phone number provided at the time of registration. A voice mail will be left if necessary asking for a return call or email for confirmation.

The best way to keep up to date on all the classes we put on our schedule is to follow us on Facebook. We create an event for each class so you will see them in your news feed. If you aren’t a Facebook user, you can also subscribe to our calendar.

We occasionally make provisions for students to park a camper or RV (even a tent) on site. You can contact us to ask before registering.

All documentation, liability waivers, registration forms, and consent agreements for participants under 18 years of age must be executed directly by a parent or legal guardian. By completing and signing course documentation on behalf of a minor, the parent or legal guardian grants express consent for us to collect and retain the minor’s Personal Information for course administration, legal compliance, and safety recordkeeping.
